Our goal is to help you satisfactorily resolve your situation in the most
efficient AND effective manner, whether that be through the use of:
1) litigation; [at the attorney's hourly rate of $295 for work performed by attorney, but just $145 for work performed by the Legal Assistant];
2) Collaborative Law;
3) uncontested proceedings; [the cost for an uncontested divorce is $1,275 as the attorney's fee, plus the court's filing fee (which varies from county to county)];
or
4) (formal or informal) negotiation

About David
Heiman "I grew-up in Flower Mound,
Texas, and graduated from Lewisville High School in 1981. After
finishing my schooling, the Supreme Court of Texas licensed me to
practice law on November 3, 1989. During my first two years of
practice, I trained extensively as a trial attorney in a high
volume law firm. Since August, 1991, I have had my own law firm,
and have handled cases under the Texas Family Code involving
divorce, child custody, modification, adoption, parental rights
termination, and child support. I have represented people against
Texas Child Protective Services, and the Texas Attorney General's
Office. My practice includes successfully handling
civil appellate cases, and mandamus cases, in the Fort Worth,
Texas Court of Appeals, and in the Supreme Court of
Texas." |

preparing Powers of Attorney, Testamentary Wills, including Testamentary Trusts and Guardianship
provisions. We would be glad to discuss these legal
